Meetings

Ø Compulsory to attend 1 meeting per month

Ø Max meetings per month is 2

Ø 1 is compulsory, the other is miscellaneous

Ø Big events such as Pit/Picnic only twice a year. (June or Nov/Dec holidays)

Ø Big events would haf 2 smaller meetings ( discussion of what to buy, and confirmation plus distributing of money to buy stuffs )

Funds

§ Collection

Ø Compulsory $5 per month

Ø No excuses

Ø Every 15^th of the month or by meeting if meeting is not later than 21^st

§ Use of Funds

Ø Only used for compulsory meet ups

Datings

Ø BF & GF in clan

Ø Keep things personal

Ø No leaving of clan just because of personal stuffs (:

Logo

Ø Please come up with a logo within the next 2 weeks

Ø Combine a logo that represents both boys n girls

Colour

Ø Choose 3 permanent colours

Ø For Dress codes as well as logo (:

Affiliations

Ø Welcome new affliations (:

Ø But with rules (:

Ø Negotiate with us first (:

Ø For example, with Sinmiedo

Ø Stays under Nalor, but stick to their name

Ø Contribute $5 each person to us.

Ø We don’t want to pay for free loaders during events.

Ø So for example, NALOR = DS (girls), DS (boys) and Sinmiedo.

Ø If there are other clans who would like to join us, please please inform the head first.
