As you all would know by now, the police are increasing their screenings and randomly locking ppl up. So, it will b very difficult for us to carry on our meetings for the moment. It will be a sure KENA screening and random lock ups for us. Most of our darlas are innocent and very decent people. I would not want u to get into troubles with your parents if u randomly got screened n den detained. So for the time being, we are letting u decide whether or not u want to stay in the clan. Please decide by the end of this mth n get back to the heads. So mitings are on hold for the moments.

Meeting Agenda Meetings Ø Compulsory to attend 1 meeting per month Ø Max meetings per month is 2 Ø 1 is compulsory, the other is miscellaneous Ø Big events such as Pit/Picnic only twice a year. (June or Nov/Dec holidays) Ø Big events would haf 2 smaller meetings ( discussion of what to buy, and confirmation plus distributing of money to buy stuffs ) Funds § Collection Ø Compulsory $5 per month Ø No excuses Ø Every 15th of the month or by meeting if meeting is not later than 21st § Use of Funds Ø Only used for compulsory meet ups Datings Ø BF & GF in clan Ø Keep things personal Ø No leaving of clan just because of personal stuffs (: Logo Ø Please come up with a logo within the next 2 weeks Ø Combine a logo that represents both boys n girls Colour Ø Choose 3 permanent colours Ø For Dress codes as well as logo (: Affiliations Ø Welcome new affliations (: Ø But with rules (: Ø Negotiate with us first (: Ø For example, with Sinmiedo Ø Stays under Nalor, but stick to their name Ø Contribute $5 each person to us. Ø We don’t want to pay for free loaders during events. Ø So for example, NALOR = DS (girls), DS (boys) and Sinmiedo. In the future, when the details haf been spread out to the rest, no last minute changes can be made. We don't want any cock up plans where some of us cannot make it. (: This mth attendance would be mandatory. However, funds collection is still compulsory for all. Adekqerlqerl and Mimi. Please take note that you can only use $3 from funds for each person. The rest of the balance of money $2 frm each person should still be passed back to the heads. As stated earlier, WE do not want to pay up for Sinmiedo, if they have not contributed anything. Please inform SINMIEDO that they are required to contribute $5 per person each mth if they are under us. We do not want to pay for freeloaders. (:

But I shall take some opportunity to brief a bit about the clan ok? Clan's RULES & REGULATIONS (yang important sahaja) FUNDS It is COMPULSORY for EVERYBODY to contribute to the funds. Collected MONTHLY $5 each month. Collected every first meeting or the latest by 15th of every month. (whichever is decided for the month) ATTENDANCE It is COMPULSORY for EVERYBODY to attend 1 meeting each month. Attendance taken at every meeting. CLAN VS PERSONAL PRIVACY Since it's a mixed clan, it is inevitable that some of you would end up dating each other. TAPI PLEASE, KORANG DA DATING KALAU GADUH, TAKDA KENE MENGENE NGAN CLAN CAN? And I dun want to hear, "I da break up dgn dia, since dia masih dlm clan, I want OUT." I'll be pissed. (: Ok, ok, for now, it will be that.
